Che schifo questa pubblicità televisiva, nessuno vorrebbe guardarla, girata in VHS, senza qualità, tutta sgranata... e quella fotografia presa da internet a dimensione di un francobollo e ingrandita in formato 10x15: sgranata, fa schifo.
La componente emozionale, quella viscerale e quella comportamentale... che bello, Norman finalmente si ricrede, ha sempre amato le cose usabili, adesso ama anche il bello (ricordate la caffettiera del masochista? la odiava, eppure la teneva sul davanzale della cucina, e da lì che son scaturite le sue osservazioni...)
Tornando invece alla casa editrice: che scarsa la carta usata per un libro che parla di emozioni!
Comunque, eccovi una scheda riassuntiva del libro:
